When I heard the name biryani, my stomach started to move with hunger! Today I will impart to you the formula of Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani to make and eat it yourself if you need it. How about we investigate the entire cycle of making Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani.
- Basmati rice – 1 kg
- Chicken-1 kg
- ginger paste – 2 teaspoons
- Garlic paste – 2 teaspoons

- Coriander – 1 cup / powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- 2 bay leaves
- Red chili powder – 2 teaspoons
- Raw pepper – 4/5 like the taste
- Whole cumin-small amount
- Like oil-quantity
- Color-less (red, green)
- Divide fried potatoes in two and cut into 4-5 pieces
- Cashew nuts or any nut-a few
- Like ghee-quantity
To begin with, wash the chicken well and put it in a bowl with ginger, garlic, stew powder, turmeric, lemon-water, harsh curd, salt, cumin powder, coriander, white cumin, dark cumin, cinnamon, salt, green chilies, and leave it for around 30 minutes.
Presently in an enormous container include somewhat salt, whole cumin, cove leaves, red chilies, cinnamon, a little oil, and cloves with more water.
