Required Things: Blender.
- 0.5 cups of mint leaves
- 0.5 cups coriander leaves
- 4/5 green chilies
- 2 cup of sour yogurt
- Yellow / white mustard paste 1 tbsp
- 1 teaspoon of bit salt
- 0.5 teaspoon of pink salt
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cups of cold water.
If you want to increase the flavor, you can add cumin seeds.
How to make It?
So let’s make it very easy and show you how to make Sahi Borhani in a short time.
In a blender, mix well with fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, four peppers, and a cup of sour curd. Blend until smooth. I will give a white mustard vet with a tablespoon in the mixer.
I will provide one tablespoon with wheat salt. I will give half a spoon with pink salt. Usually, white pepper kernels are used, but I like black chili kernels, so I am taking it. I will give the sugar according to your taste. Then again, I am mixing everything well with a cup of sour curd. Blend until smooth.
Then blend all the ingredients again until all the ingredients are mixed.
