.Take boiled potatoes in a bowl and spread it generously to soften it.
.Now add mashed potatoes one by one with onion paste, ginger paste, green chili paste, cumin powder, kabab spice, black pepper powder, coriander leaf paste, and salt to taste.
.Boiled eggs should be cut in half. That means you have to cut along the middle.
.Now fill half of the mashed potato with egg and chop it. In this way, you can make six chops with four eggs.
.Beat 2 eggs well in another bowl. Include 1/2 teaspoon dark pepper powder and salt to the beaten egg.
.Now the chops should be dipped in eggs one by one and rolled with bread crumbs or biscuit powder.
.When all the kebabs are egg-potato chops, fry them in deep oil until brown. Putting it on top of it with kitchen tissue in a container will absorb the excess oil.
Remember, when heating the oil in a pan or frying pan, you must first increase the oven’s heat. When the egg chops are served for frying, cook over medium heat. Otherwise, many times it can burn out or break the chops! Now serve with hot kebab egg-potato chop tomato sauce or tamarind chutney.
